Welcome to the penguin cafe! Follow the rules and your on my good side!

1. NO SPAMMING. Spamming means:

S- stupid

P-pointless

A- annoying

M- messages.
Don't overuse smilies at once. Only 2 can be side by side.

2. No porn... For Gods sake if your going to post that crud... Say hello to I.P. ban city!

3. No flaming. If you start a flame war, there WILL be trouble. Anyone involved gets in trouble. If someone makes fun of you, report it and ignore it....

4. Swearing.... You swear, you banned. Got it?

5. Hacking. If you threatin hacking, these following things will happen: You will be I.P. banned, I will alert EVERY forum I can to ban your I.P., and I will keep it with me for good so you will be locked out of forums.
